On ordering I will send a fully detailed health, medical history and lifestyle questionnaire by email for your completion which is fully assessed by myself once returned. I will then contact you by e-mail to book a time to speak over the telephone to clarify any of your answers to ensure I have a complete understanding of your situation. The information gained is then used to make recommendations concerning holistic nutrition, herbs, homeopathy, supplementation, home treatments and lifestyle changes, presented in a written report.
