Complaints and Returns

If you are unhappy in any way with your dealings with us, please contact the us on 01884 230888 with your order information, what the problem is and what you would us like to do to remedy the situation. You can also write to us at 18 Mountbatten Road, Tiverton, EX16 6SW 

If you would like to cancel your order before we have dispatched it simply email or telephone and we will refund your payment in full, if you have received your item and you are unhappy with it you can return it to the address above within 14 Days from receipt of your order. Providing the items tamper evident seal is intact and the product is in a re saleable condition we will issue a full refund including our postage costs.
